## How it works
Book a reformer and a time slot online. Arrive, log in on the touchscreen at your machine, choose a class by type and intensity, and press play. Bookings run back-to-back, so the next booking starts on time regardless of late arrival. Bluetooth headphones and grip socks are required; kiosk speakers are disabled out of respect for other clients.

## Private sessions and teachers

## Cancellations and refunds
- Reschedule in the app at least 24 hours before the booking; inside 24 hours the session cannot be moved.
- Missed sessions count as used and the credit is lost.
- Running late: come anyway and pick a shorter workout — the next member is booked right behind you.
- No refunds. All sales are final on single sessions, passes and memberships.
- If the door will not unlock during an internet outage and the Soli stores are closed, the account is credited to rebook.

### What type of reformer studio is this?
A digital on-demand kiosk studio: every reformer has its own private touchscreen with over 1000 classes for all abilities.

### How does it work?
Book your time slot online. Show up, log on to the monitor at your reformer, and press play. Running late? Pick a shorter class — the next booking starts on time.

### What should I bring?
Bluetooth headphones and grip socks. The kiosk volume is disabled out of respect for other clients, so without headphones there is no class. Bring your water bottle.

### Do I need grip socks?
Yes — grip socks are required on the reformers for hygiene and safety. If you forget a pair you can buy them at the Soli store, in womens and mens sizes.

### What accessories are in the studio?
Dumbbells, ankle weights, pilates rings, pilates balls, resistance bands and grip mats.

### How long are the classes?
15, 30 and 45 minute classes are the most common, some up to 60 minutes, plus guided intros that walk you through the machine.

### Do I need experience?
No — the machine guides your range of motion.

### Is there a teacher?
No teacher — tap the screen and pick the class that fits your day: surf training, rehab, beginner, or pilates pro.

### Can I get a refund?
No. All sales are final on single sessions, passes and memberships.
